We service trailers with both manual and electric brakes.

Our comprehensive trailer service includes:

• Check & grease all bearings & make sure there are bearing caps on all hubs, 
• Check & grease coupling hitch & lubricate coupling handle & pin
• Check brake adjuster & brake cable & clips
• Check brakes are working correctly 
• Make sure all u-bolts are tightened & in the correct positions as well as making sure the fish plates & locators are correctly in place 
• Check all rims & tyre pressures on all tyres including the spare wheel 
• Check & lubricate all suspension springs 
• Check all suspension hangers, jockey wheel
• Lubricate & check tailgate hinges & t-handles
• Do a lighting & plug test using the test kit
• Check draw bar & chassis frame for any cracks or damage check & lubricate
